Roadwork
Location:
I-65 Northbound and Southbound Lanes in Jefferson County
Weather permitting Tues, Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m., blasting operations will continue on I-65.
Details:
A rolling roadblock by Alabama State Troopers and the City of Fultondale police will slow I-65 traffic northbound and southbound between the Fieldtown Interchange (Exit 271) and Daniel Payne Drive (Exit 264). The operation will also be affecting US-31 southbound and northbound traffic from Ellard Road to the US-31 southbound on ramp to I-65 until blasting is complete. This operation should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
In the event of inclement weather, blasting will not take place.
